This is probably one of the best meals I've ever had in my life, especially for such an affordable price. The plates are inventive and delicious. The wine is also very good and the staff are very nice. If I'm ever back in Lyon, I will 100% be coming back here.

Incredible food. Tapas-style food at great prices. We let the waiter order for us and it did not disappoint. Excellent atmosphere and very kind and attentive waiters. Can absolutely recommend the carrots and the duck.

Lovely wine bar with very delicious tapas. Everything was delicious. I particularly loved the épaule d’agneau & the échine de porc. The quality of the ham, saucisson and cheese were amazing. Staff is friendly too. Totally recommend this place!

Really enjoyed our meal at Bel Ami! We didn’t have a booking so were seated inside by friendly staff, nice relaxed interior with a cool feel without trying too hard. Helpful staff that explained the menu to us and don’t push an up sell of too many dishes like some places can do to tourists. And good thing too as the four dishes we had were delicious and we were stuffed after!Flavours were experimental but considered and presented beautifully.

What a delightful lunch! We had a tomato appetizer. Who knew tomatoes could taste so good! The food was a work of art! We tried both the fish (delicate and perfectly seasoned) and the chicken (a true yummy comfort dish). The chocolate desert was perfect and our wine was amazing. A fabulous value for an extraordinary meal.

Exceptional service, wine list and small plates. We had an amazing dining experience here last night. We ordered in two rounds with a few plates over a delicious bottle of white burgundy and then another round of 4 plates over a bottle of red. We went with their recommendations and all the food was excellent. Service was friendly and accomodating and we couldn’t recommend this please enough. I didn’t get pictures of all the food because we were too busy having the best night
